On December 23rd, in support of the development of Yichang Section of Hubei Free Trade Zone, Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hubei Province and Professional Title Reform Group of Hubei Province come to Yichang Section of Hubei Free Trade Zone to carry out special assessment of senior titles.

　　Being totally different from the regular annual evaluation of professional titles, comprehensive assessment is made on basis of the performance appraisal of an applicant, interview and documents review. Thus the applicants of professional titles have not been constrained by the usual requirements of educational background, years of work, basic titles and the limits of the passing rate. For a few applicants who have made outstanding performance in the working field, they can be granted directly the vice-senior titles and even senior titles.

　　On the day of the review, the evaluation committee conducted the senior professional title assessment for 28 applicants, who are the business management leaders and core members of technical development and management from 8 enterprises, such as Humanwell Pharmaceutical CO., LTD. and Weite Electronic Equipment CO., LTD.
