On the morning of December 25th, Three Gorges GenValley Public Service Platform was inaugurated in the Xiling District High-Tech Industry Incubation Center.

　　The themed sculpture Silkworm Cocoon was also unveiled during the event, along with the launch of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Loan, the Awarding ceremony for the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Block and Building, College Student Internship and Practice Base, Municipal Demonstration Base for the Employment of People with Disabilities, Municipal E-commerce Demonstration Park and Xiling District Internet Trade Association. There was also the signing ceremony of Production, Education and Research Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, Coordinated Innovation Agreement and Bank-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement.

　　As the center district Of Yichang, Xiling District, with the tertiary industry taking up 70% of its economy, has already entered the era of service economy. To further stimulate the innovation & entrepreneurship spirit of the enterprises, cultivate the main body of the innovation and entrepreneurship and improve the ecological system for the innovation and entrepreneurship, Xiling District has created the brand of Three Gorges GenValley, forming a public service platform that centers around High-tech Industry Incubation Center and integrates six major innovation and entrepreneurship platforms and numerous innovation and entrepreneurship resources.

　　The platform, with a technology genre of Internet+ Enterprise Incubation, is composed of seven parts, including GenValley Space, GenValley Consultancy, GenValley Enterprise, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Space, GenValley Academy, GenValley Research and Investment & Financing Center, aiming to provide a full lifecycle ecological chain for the entrepreneurs and the enterprises. High-quality and comprehensive supporting services, including incubation site, projects integration, capital connection and start-up business guidance, will also be provided for the aim of bringing together the resource elements of innovation & entrepreneurship, stimulating the transformation and upgrade of the industry and forming a new innovation & entrepreneurship landscape for Xiling District.
