On December 29th, reporters on the New-Type Agricultural Operator ‘Quality Promotion’ Summary Conference have got news that up till now; more than 7,000 farmer’s professional cooperatives in our city have been registered. And the number, quality and speed of development have topped in Hubei province.

　　To make the cooperative’s development has rules to follow, our government, with regard to reality, set up regulations for cooperative management and guidance on helping cooperatives make up rules and regulations like operable operation services, financial accounting and file collecting. In the recent three years, a total of 72 cooperatives have been evaluated as being high-qualified, 23 normalization construction models and 21 qualified models.
