I didn’t expect to enjoy such a good play near my home.” Chen Wenxin, a citizen of Yichang, exclaimed in the circle of friends last night after he watched the absurd comedy Mr. Donkey. From December 30 to 31 in 2017, the comedy, which had been introduced by Yichang Transport and Travel Group Culture Industry Co., Ltd., was staged in Yichang Theater. It was the first play on show since culture-easy cards were released in our city. And over 1,400 tickets were sold for two performances of the comedy and the attendance rate was over 85%.

　　The play was produced by Beijing Zhilehui Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and has been staged across the country more than one hundred times in four years, and this performance should be the 346th. It is a black absurd comedy, full of punchlines making the audience laugh constantly. However, the audience found it hard to laugh in the second half of it; instead they were covered with thought and introspection of life.

　　Since the issuance of culture-easy card in December 2017, its registered users have reached 6,500, including 4,100 financial subsidy applicants.
