According to the Municipal Civilization Office, Wu Chengqing, Office Director of the East Community in Gezhouba Street Office of Xiling District, and other seven people are awarded the honorary title of “Yichang Exemplary People” of December. They are recommended by the Publicity Departments of Different County (City, District) Party Committees, the Municipal Civilization Office, and the relevant departments, and selected by the “Yichang Exemplary People” Committee.

　　In December altogether eight people have been awarded the honorary title. They are: Wu Chengqing, Office Director of the East Community Office of Gezhouba Street Office in Xiling District; Li Ping, the policeman of Yichang Police Station in Changjiang Shipping Public Security Bureau (Yichang Branch) ; Zeng Youhu, a villager from the fifth group of Sanzhangping Village in Meijiahe Township in Zigui County; Zheng Shuqin, the maintenance worker in City Gardening Bureau of Changyang County; Xiang Jirong, the after-sales mechanic master in Yichang Minfu Ford 4S Repair Shop; Zhong Anrong, the Chairman of Hubei Bailihuang Tourism Group; Zhang Mingli, the sanitation worker of the Sanitation Department of Xiaoting District, and Ye Yongpeng, the teacher of Three Gorges Tourism Vocational College.
