High-tech District and Yichang Central Hospital will invest for the “Yichang biomedical industry research center” thus building a public platform for research and development; it will set up science and technology resource sharing platform for High-tech Districts thus building a platform for enterprise cooperation and resource sharing and a research and development platform for high-end talents; it will reach an agreement with Hubei University of Technology, South-central University for Nationalities and Hubei University for a cooperative base for university-industry research thus building school-enterprise cooperation platform; it will construct Yichang sub-center of Hubei industrial technology innovation center and innovation and entrepreneurship base of cloud computing thus building a platform for the results transformation.

　　As demand-oriented, the High-tech District has formulated the implementation measures for the development of innovative enterprises in High-tech Districts (Trial Implementation) and the “gold ten items” to support the growth of enterprises, to promote the development and expansion of the enterprise, serving enterprises in terms of project application, investment and financing jointing, and transformation of sci-tech achievements, to accelerate the rapid growth of enterprises.

The product has been cataloged in the catalogue of high-tech technology products in Hubei province; the products of the company owned by Deng Yaguang, an expert of “hundred talents program”, have been selected to promotion application guidance catalogue of major technical equipment of the ministry of industry and information technology. The company owned by Lei Bangjun was identified by the national high-tech enterprise; the company owned by Chen Cifa, the winner of the third prize of provincial science and technology progress, was listed in the new fourth edition of the company, which was selected to support the project in Hubei innovation and business start-ups strategy team.
