When travelling in unfamiliar places, people are most afraid of being defrauded and bullied. Now, tourists will have nothing to worry about in the city center of Yichang. On January 9, a Tourism Dispute Mediation Office, a Tourism Police Office and a Tourist Rights Protection Office were established at 3 streets and communities of Xiling District as an effort to create a whole coverage supervision pattern made up of a comprehensive tourism supervision work group, Tourism Dispute Mediation Office, Tourism Police Office and Tourist Rights Protection Office plus various relevant functional departments, so that tourists can seek help at any time in any place within the region.

　　The Tourism Dispute Mediation Office is set up at Yemingzhu Street, Xiling Street and Yunji Street to crack down on such illegal acts as unlicensed business management, deceptive advertising and rabbit soliciting that happen in some key tourist reception cites, like Yiling Square, Gezhouba Ship Lock. The Tourism Police Office and Tourist Rights Protection Office are set up separately in Shangdaodi Community, Tieluba community and Guangchang Street community exclusively to receive reports, complaints and requests from tourists, dealing with infringement dispute cases in food, accommodation, transportation, tour, shopping and entertainment.
