The 16th “ten thousand consumers evaluating integrity” activity, organized by the Municipal Civilization Office, Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau, and Municipal Association of Consumers, has been officially launched on Feb. 2. It will organize 155 enterprises in the city closely related to daily life of consumers for reviewing, to elect “Top Ten Good Integrity Enterprises” and exposure 10 “Unsatisfied Enterprises”.

　　The participants are confirmed by the voluntary registration of enterprises, the recommendation of the industry authorities and the Activities Organizing Committee, which are mainly related to food, medical treatment, insurance, communications, water supply, power supply, tourism, transportation and so on. Unlike previous years, in addition to the selection of the “Top Ten Good Integrity Enterprises”, the unsatisfied “black list” will be issued. The “Unsatisfied Enterprises” is the top 10 consumer complaints announced by the Municipal Association of Consumers Daily 315 Website and the Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau 12315 Command Center from March last year to February this year. “Black List” will be announced during the “3ž15” period.

　　This activity is divided into five stages: publicity for nomination, voting for selection, publicity of selection, summary commendation and establishing a new system.
