On the afternoon of February 9th, Yichang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange Meeting for Overseas Yichang-born high-level talents wereorganized by Municipal Party Committee Personnel Office. 50 overseas high-level talents came back from US, UK, Australia, etc. 8 countries and regions had a joyous gathering with 9 representatives from Yichang’s key enterprises for communication and cooperation.

　　It was learnt that this campaign aims to assemble the exchange and cooperation platform for overseas Yichang-born high-level talents who come back to Yichang for innovation and entrepreneurship. At the meeting, Li Bohong, the Deputy Minister of Organization Department of Municipal Party Committee, the Secretary of Party Committee and Director-General of Yichang Human Resource and Social Security Bureau, introduced the development situation and related personnel policy of Yichang. He told that Yichang is a city where show great respect, love, cherishment and management to talents. The government will strive to encourage excellent talents to come back Yichang starting their innovation and cause with deepest sincerity, optimal policies, best services and the most beautiful environment. In terms of entrepreneurial support, the highest 5 million yuan fund will be offered for newly introduced talent Entrepreneurship program; for innovation promotion, the highest 2 million yuan fund will be supplied to establish scientific research institution leading by high-level talents; on the inspiration of creation and excellence, the talents who made great contributions will be employed as chief expert or in leading positions in their field and industry in priority; at last, in the terms of service assurance, the introduced high-level talents will be given the priority to reside in talent apartment of “ Three Gorges International Talents Town” and enjoy the “one-to-one” personalized service. The government also has issued the catalog of part required positions of entrepreneurial talents and shortage talents.
