On Feb. 22, the first day after the Spring Festival, 10 projects in Yichang high-tech zone, with a total investment of 5.1 billion yuan, were started intensively.

　　These 10 key projects include electronic display, modern equipment manufacturing, technology incubators, research and development of new materials, circular economy, trade and logistics and other fields. Among them, located in Dongshan Park, the CSG flat panel display expansion project, which is invested by the Yichang CSG Display Devices Co., Ltd., will build two factory buildings and supporting facilities and add two new AG (anti-reflection) glass automatic production line and one production line of roll film to expand flat panel display project. After the completion of the project, it can be produced with an annual output of 2.4 million AG+AF (anti-fingerprint) glass cover-plate and an annual output of 2.4 million square meters of ITO (indium tin oxide) production capacity of roll film, with a new sales revenue of 260 million yuan.

　　Wu Wei, the vice general manager of Yichang CSG Display Devices Co., Ltd., said the CSG flat panel display expansion project with a total investment of 180 million yuan has started smoothly, which embodies the CSG Group’s confident of the prospects for the development of Yichang CSG Group and the determination to further develop Yichang. The expansion project will be able to start, put into production and take effect this year under the “Yichang speed”. With the goal of creating the global excellent touch screen material manufacturers, the company will integrate its own core technology, increase investment in technological transformation, accelerate the upgrading of industrial scale, and drive products to high, refined, top and new directions.

　　It is reported that Yichang high-tech zone has started intensively on the first batch of the key projects with a total investment of 2.2 billion yuan on Jan. 8. According to the plan, 10 projects will be started in the high-tech zone every month. Therefore, a group of Chief Service Officers are working hard to provide a nanny service of all fields, full process and whole time for the construction of these projects with the responsibility system of Five Regulations, including setting tasks, responsibilities, time, requirements, rewards and punishments.
