The industrial and commercial registration window of the comprehensive service hall in Yichang Free Trade Zone keeps reforming and innovating, and improvesthe service quality, thus creating a first-class service environment for promotingmass entrepreneurship. Recently, thewindow was awarded the title of “Ten-Star Demonstration Window for Government Services” by the Municipal Affairs Office.

　　Last May, the industrial and commercial branch bureau of High-tech Zone fully operated “the whole-process electronic service platform of enterprise registration” and all types of market entities (excluding foreign investment) could implement the one-stop services of onlinedeclaration, acceptance, verification, and licensing. At the end of the year, the bureau took the lead in implementing the reform on the information application system of enterprise addresses (premises) in the Free Trade Zone. When applying for registration, the enterprises in the zoneonly neededto submit a declaration containing basic information and commitments on the basis of their own authenticity, validity, and legitimacy. On March1stthis year, the bureau also carried out enterprise clusters registration in its jurisdiction and took the lead in issuing the first business license of the commercial secretary company in the whole city.
