On Mar. 6th, the reporter learned from the Yichang Logistics Bureauthat amount of research work has been completed on the construction of Three Gorges Smart Logistic Information Platform project (Phase I), which has concluded nine major projects, such as Large Logistics Data Collection Center, Large Logistics Data Conversion Center, Large Logistics Data Analysis Center, Logistics Industry Credit Evaluation System, Logistics Administration System and so on. In addition, some related work has been implementing orderly, and all of the systems would be put into trial operation online by the end of this April.

　　Officially started on Nov. 2017, Three Gorges Smart Logistic Information Platform takes the Three Gorges Logistic Park and Hubei Zhouzheng Logistic Park as the demonstration pilot. The platform system has collected the logistic dynamic data of the demonstration units automatically, and operational data from 150 sample enterprises regularly, it conducted these date at Yichang Cloud Computer Center so as to provide logistic data to the public and analyze the economy operational data.

　　In 2017, as the demonstration enterprises of national “truck broker”, Three Gorges Logistic Park and Ansa Logistics had achieved the interconnection with the Ministry of Transport, which has reported a total of 41,454 single waybills to the monitoring platform of the Ministry of Transport with a freight rate of RMB 93,682,200. In the past, only two interconnected terminals have access to these data. With the completion of Three Gorges Intelligent Logistic Information Platform, no matter the management department, enterprise or the users, they can dynamically query and use these data in the cloud computer center, timely analyze and calculate economic performance, then guiding and adjusting the direction of economic operation based on their own authorities.
