It is learned from Angel Yeast Co., Ltd that the text of GB/T 35882-2018 Eutrophic Yeast has been officially posted on the public system of full-text National standard, which will be implemented in September 1st of this year.

　　The recommended national standard of GB/T 35882-2018 Eutrophic Yeast is drafted by seven organizations, including Angelica Yeast Co., Ltd., which is Chinese Biological Ferment Industry Association Organization. Since the program’s inception in 2014, it is finally released in 2018 after fully discussed by industry experts, supervision department, manufacturers and users representatives lasting four years. The measuring method of reduced glutathione in the standard formulated yeast is the first detection method issued by national standard, which has reached the leading level of the world.
