(Reporter: Yuan Xuemei, Correspondent: Di Wenqing) On Mar. 13th, news came from Yichang Bus Group that the public bicycles in the urban area would be off-the-line from 19th of this month.

　　As a support to Yichang Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project, the public bicycle system in the urban area of Yichang has been put into practice since Feb. 22nd of 2017. As a result, the operation of this system has benefited the transportation of the citizens.

　　However, the government decided to put the public bicycles off-the-line as some commercial sharing bicycles like Mobike, OFO can provide the same service for citizens.

　　The staff in the Yichang Bus Group would contract with citizens with a public bicycle card to reimburse the cash pledge. And the citizens to rent public bicycles with a bus IC card are able to use the deposit to take a bus.
