　　At the same time, the government will speed up the preparation of the village land utilization plan, adjust and optimize the village land layout and strive to build two or more brands in every county based on the land use efficiency target of “yield per mu”. Pilot projects for the ecological development of mineral resources in Yiling district, Xingshan county and Yuan’an county will be carried out to build a national green mining demonstration area. The Party-administration co-responsibilityobjective assessment system of the protection of cultivated land will be implemented to ensure that the stock of primary cultivated land is not less than 3.9715 million mu and high standard basic farmland reaches 480, 000 mu.
