They will minimize the requirements for market access and further promote e-business registration to cover industrial and commercial Windows at all levels within 2018. Meanwhile, the mobile app for business registration will be invented soon to enable market entities to register with phones. Yichang Administration for Industry and Commerce decides to take Yichang FTA as a pilot to issue measures of “license and operating permit separation”, declaration for business location and collective registration then make them citywide to reduce enterprises’ cost. They will examine the program so long as market entities’ main documents are prepared and extend registration classification for program settled by one staff at a time.
