As the senior accreditation enterprise in China ( Hubei ) Pilot Free Trade Zone Yichang Area, Yichang Tian Mei International Cosmetics Co., Ltd. ( Yichang manufacturing base of L’OREAL in China ) was officially accredited by China Customs on March 21. It has become the first enterprise to obtain the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) senior accreditation enterprise in Xiling district.

　　The AEO concept is one of the main key systems within Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade. At home, according to the credit status, customs will identify enterprises into senior accreditation enterprise, general accreditation enterprise, general credit enterprise and discredited enterprise. The senior accreditation enterprise can enjoy the green passage to reducing inspections, spotting check, simplifying procedure, shortening processing time and to the pilot reform.
