For unqualified application, the system will tell the reason. For qualified application, the system will sent a phone message informing the applicant that the application has been successfully submitted.

Employees who apply for the technical improvement subsidy should satisfy the following two conditions:
1. Payment of unemployment insurance is not less than 36 months;
