It takes less than a day from online registration to receiving the electronic business license. Recently, Mr. Jiang, the legal representative of Yichang Shenma Renewable Resource Co., Ltd., took the first “cloud signature” electronic business license in Yiling district. He said excitedly, “It took a lot of time to prepare the registration materials in the past. Sometimes, when the shareholders were in other places, they were unable to sign on the materials, thus the waiting time would be longer. However, using the cloud signature is very convenient now.”
The reporter learned that the Registration Branch Bureau of Industrial and Commercial Bureau in Yiling District recently issued the first “cloud signature” electronic business license in the region, which marked the formal implementation of the “cloud signature” model, the full-process electronization of enterprise registration in Yiling District. It was learned that in the past, when dealing with electronic business licenses, it was necessary to hold a digital certificate issued by the supporting bank (i.e. UKEY). Some entrepreneurs indicated that the procedures were too cumbersome to try.
Due to the implementation of “cloud signature” model this time, the applicants do not need to submit paper materials to the Industry and Commerce Bureau, and they don’t need to go to the bank to check out the physical UKEY, what they need to do is to choose “Yichang cloud signature” after entering and synthesizing the application materials on the full-process electronic platform, and then finish the advanced real-name authentication by the face scan method after downloading and registering the Yichang Citizen E-home APP via their smart phones. After that, people can directly make claims for free on their phones’ current page, determine their own medium free signature tools and then sign their signatures through the two-dimensional code scanner of Citizen E-home. The two-step “cloud signature” mode of “face scan” and “code scan” has greatly shortened the license handling time of enterprises and improved the registration efficiency.
Jian Longjian, the main founder of full-process electronization and the deputy director of the Registration Branch Bureau of City Industrial and Commercial Bureau, introduced to the reporter that the applicants could easily complete the collection of digital certificates and the signature of electronic platform by using their own smart phones at home, which was a major breakthrough for our Internet + Government Affairs Services. It was foreseeable that more companies would adopt the mode of whole-process electronic registration. (Reporter: Wang Ying; Correspondent: Zhang Zhihuo, Zhou Xiaoli)
