He Zhili, general manager of Greater China, ETAP Group, USA, and his party have arrived at China Three Gorges University (CTGU) and signed a memorandum of cooperation with He Weijun, president of CTGU. The two sides are to jointly build a CTGU - ETAP power system simulation lab.
