On April 18th, Xiao Yingzi, the Director of Hainan Provincial Publicity Department, heads a delegation to visit Yichang to inspect the innovation achievements and successful experiences being obtained by Yichang Section of Hubei Free Trade Zone over the past one year. Wang Guobin, the Director of Yichang Municipal Publicity Department, and Deputy Mayor Zhou Zhengying, accompany the delegation for inspection.

　　Over the past one year, Yichang Free Trade Zone has carried out the “six-in-one” reform in order to further promote the reform to streamline government administration, delegate more powers, and improve regulation and service. In the comprehensive service hall of Yichang Free Trade Zone, the delegates from Hainan listen carefully to the introduction to the reform. They also learn that it takes only two working days to register if enterprises want to settle down in Yichang, and the project for the approval of investment and construction has also been reduced from the original 120 working days to 66 working days. The delegates think highly of the approval model of “Integrated Service of One Window” in our city. Entering the Yichang Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, which is accelerating its construction, the delegates learn about the planning and progress of the project in detail and express their concern about when it will be able to manage operations.

　　The delegation also goes to the workshop of Jinbao Musical Instrument Company to learn about the production process of the musical instrument and experience the automatic piano performance and Perth music course. Xiao Yingzi is impressed by the manufacturing process of the Yangtze River Piano and praises the craftsmanship of the workers.

　　Xiao Yingzi says that the innovation and reform of Yichang Free Trade Zone has boosted the development of enterprises and improved the local economy, which set a good example for Hainan Province. At the moment, the Central Government of the country has decided to support Hainan as a Free Trade Pilot Zone, then to gradually explore and steadily promote the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics.
