On April 13th, Yichang Meiguangguigu Life Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Meiguangguigu Co., Ltd.) signed a contract with Yichang Central Hospital in the project for “Horizontal Cooperation of Major Scientific Research Projects of Meiguangguigu Co., Ltd.”, which aims to be engaged in the studies of the analysis of CTC single cell multi-gene mutation of lung cancer patients as well as its correlation with tumor cell clones to improve the targeted cancer therapy of Yichang City.

　　The project mainly studies the application of a new detection method of circulating tumor cells (CTC) to the test of lung cancer CTC to explore the genotypic changes during the development of tumors, providing scientific evidence for clinical treatment and effective assessment of its prognosis.

　　Meiguangguigu Co., Ltd. settled in Yichang High-tech Zone Qinghua Park in August, 2013 and was the key enterprise supported by the Introduction Plan of Overseas Chinese High-level Talents proposed by Hubei Province(Hundred Youth Talents Plan of Hubei Province)and the Three Gorges Talents Introduction Plan of Yichang City. It has been developing new technologies and new products since it was successfully awarded the “Key Laboratory of Single Cell Genetic Analysis Technology and Application Center of Yichang City" in 2017, striving to create an innovation platform in the field of biotechnology.
