May 8, Tuesday, Inheritance and Development — Yichang City Art Works Exhibition, sponsored by Yichang Masses Art Conservation Center (YMACC) and Yichang Artists Association, was held in the exhibition hall on the second floor in YMACC.
Till May 27, the exhibition, dominated by Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor, printmaking, contains authors of all ages and various kinds of elaborate works, which are worth appreciating.
According to the briefing, the exhibition displays a total of 86 works, 80 of which are selected from more than 110 pieces of works by the committee; 6 pieces are painted by specially invite judges, which are respectively Sun Caiqing's oil painting Portrait, Tian Yazhou's oil painting Landscape, Huang He's oil painting Listening to the Water, Yang Mingqing's oil Painting Oath, Zheng Jun's Chinese painting Zen, and Liu Hongwei's Chinese painting The Earlier Spring in Yiling District.
