On May 16, the reporter learned that at the invitation of the Municipal Forestry Bureau, Wu Jinhu, the doctor of the Royal Institute of Plants and Foods in New Zealand, came to Yichang and conducted investigation and guidance on the cultivation and planting of kiwifruit.
During the period in Yichang, Dr. Wu successively went to the Yuxiakou town of Changyang and the Hehuatown of Yuan’an to guide planting techniques.
