　　It is known that in order to speed up the promotion of local industrial technical reform and form a good atmosphere for the city to promote technical reform, 100 million RMBspecial fundsfor technical reformareset by Yichang municipal government, so as to support the technical reform projects that meet the requirements in the central city (excluding Yiling District).Under the premise that technical reform projects meet the relevant requirements, after finishingthe project,enterprisewith bank loans willpay interest within threeyears and 50percentwill be given a discount;If there is no bank loan for the technical reform projects of the enterprise, the subsidy will be given according to the actual amount of 10 percentwith the purchase of the production equipment invoice;If companies have financing leases, bond financing, etc, they can enjoy the corresponding subsidies.
