On May 21, our city held a working conference on flood prevention in the urban area to make arrangements for the timely drainage and waterlogging prevention of 37 places where water tends to accumulate in the urban area.

　　After the rainstorm on April 22, our city investigated and counted the waterloggedplaces in urban area and there were 37 potentialwaterloggedplaces and sections. Among them, seven places, including the whole section of Longkang Road, the surrounding area of Yiling Square, No.1 Guoyuan Road, the surrounding area of Aqua Plaza, Yiling middle school on Chengdong Avenue, Yichang City Public Security Bureau on Chengdong Avenue and the military supply station of Wanshou Bridge, were seriously waterlogged.
