　　The mobile payment (online payment or no-card payment) for individual account of medical insurance card was implemented in Yichang Central Hospital, Yichang First People’s Hospital, Yichang Second People’s Hospital and Affiliated Renhe Hospital of China Three Gorges University from May 29. It is easy for medical insurance patients to pay registration and general medical charges by registering Citizen E-Home on and binding their medical insurance card to mobile phone.

　　“Smart Human Resource and Society Security” serves as the significant program of the Constriction of Intelligence Yichang, which has been highly valued by the Municipal Government and the Municipal Human Resource and Society Security Bureau. To promote the innovation of the individual account payment of medical insurance card, the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau organized several special sessions in line with “people-centered” and "humanized social service" standards to provide quality services, efficient and convenient treatment and payment for the patients, improving the people-oriented service, intellectualized process, standardized policy and benefits maximization of patients.

　　With the continuous development of the construction of "Smart Human Resource and Society Security" and "Smart Yichang", more and more citizens will enjoy the convenient self-service supplied by Citizen E-Home.

　　According to Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, in the future, as the individual account payment modes of the medical insurance improves, the mobile payment will be gradually expanded in a wider scope that makes QR code payment cover all hospitals and chemist stores around the city. This favorable program will be further implemented to effectively meet the needs of insured workers for timely, convenient, personalized medical care services.
