In order to provide more convenience for people to apply for entry and exit documents, citizens can apply for expedited service through the “green channel” under three types of newly added cases in Hubei province, .

　　Previously, according to relevant regulations, Hubei public security organs can provide the service for expedited entry and exit documents for four types of cases, specifically including: attending funerals abroad, visiting patients who are critically ill; imminent start date of studying abroad; the entry permit or the validity of a visa is about to expire; other emergencies approved by the entry and exit administrations of public security organs of provincial people’s government.

　　It is introduced by the Entry and Exit Administration Department of Hubei Public Security Bureau that citizens now can apply for expedited entry and exit documents for three emergencies that are “in urgent need of participating meetings and negotiations abroad”, “in urgent need of signing contracts abroad” and “documents lost or damaged before going abroad”.
