On June 6th, at the self-service device in the enterprise registration service hall of the Administrative Service Center, the operator of Yichang Gusao Housekeeping Service Co., Ltd. successfully printed and received the business license by scanning code, which marked the trial operation of self-service printing for business license.

　　As a pilot project in Hubei province, in May 2016, the entire electronic (Yichang Pilot) service platform for enterprise registration was put into operation. Enterprise registration needn’t any paper or meetings. In order to maximize the optimization of government services, with the support of the City’s Smart Office, the Industrial and Commercial Bureau worked with software companies to develop self-service printing software for business licenses. With the help of “Yichang Cloud” and other electronic signatures, the difficulties of identity authentication and preservation of evidence files were overcome when receiving business licenses. At present, registered companies only need to insert ID cards into self-service devices, check the declared company names according to the prompts and verify the relevant information before business license can be printed by scanning the code, which greatly reduces time needed to get a license.

　　It is reported that three self-service printing devices have been put into trial operation, including 2 in Municipal Service Center and 1 in registration hall of Yichang Free Trade Zone., it will be popularized in the whole city when the conditions are ripe. At that time, Yichang enterprises will print their business licenses nearby within 24 hours, solving the "last kilometer" of enterprise registration.
