On June 11, the reporter learnsfrom theYichang Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that, with the approval of the People’s Government of Yichang, ourcity has issued the “Allocation Planfor Urban Public Rental Housing in 2018”. A total of 1,720 public rental housinghas been allocated to solve thehousing problemsof low-income families in urban areas,newlyemployed college students and urban migrant workerswith stable employment.
It is learned that,in the existing rented apartments, there are 788 sets of completed apartments, including 508 sets in theHetangyueshe Community, 88 sets in the Shangzeyuan Community, 64 sets in the MinjiajiayuanCommunity, 41 sets in the Min’anjiayuanCommunity, 6 sets in the MinxinjianyuanCommunity and 4sets in the Minyijiayuan Community,77 sets in theDongjinyuanCommunity; there are 932 sets of forward apartments inDongjinyuan Community.
Therental rate isthat:the apartment in Hetangyueshe Community, Shangzeyuan Community, Minyijiayuan Community is RMB 10/sqm • Month. The apartmentinMinjiajiayuanCommunity,Min’anjiayuanCommunityand MinxinjiayuanCommunityis RMB 9/sqm • Month,and the apartmentinDongjinyuanCommunityis RMB 8.5/sqm • Month.Within thestandard of renting area, full-time undergraduates and below (including higher vocational school) only need to pay 50% of therental rate, and postgraduate-degree and doctoral-degree holdersonly need to pay 40% of the rate.
The plan specifies the objects and conditions for the allocation
——Low-income families with housing problem in urban areas
1. The applicant should havea permanent residence in urban areas;
2. The per capita disposable income of the family is lower than the per capita disposable income of previous yearin urban areas(34,686 yuan/year).Family property (including bank deposits, funds, stocks, vehicles, ownershiphousing, etc.) is lowerthan 10 times of the per capita disposable income inurban areas ofthe previous year (346,860 yuan).There is no car with a value of 160,000 yuan (based on thepurchase invoice for the vehicle) or a displacement of more than 1.8L in the family property;
3. No urban ownershiphousing or the per capita building areaof urban ownershiphousingis less than 15 square meters;
4.There is no real estate transaction or production analysis record in Yichang Citywithin three years;
5. The paid-in capital for business registration shall not exceed 50,000 yuan, and the subscribed capital shall not exceed 200,000 yuan;
----Newlyemployed college students
1. College graduates who have been employed in urban areas after May 2016, including full-time vocational and technical students, undergraduates, postgraduate and doctoral students;
The person and his/her family members have no housing ownership in the urban areas;
3. The person and his/her family members have no real estate transactions or production analysis recordin Yichang City within three years.
---- Stable migrant workers in urban areas
1. Aged 18 or above;
2.Continuously paying thesocial insurance premiums or housing provident funds in urban areas for more than 12 months;
3. The person and his/herfamily members have no ownershiphousingin the urban area;
4. The person and his/her family membershave no real estate transactions or production analysis recordin Yichang City within three years.
Before July 1 of this year, citizenswho meet the above conditions maytake their identity cards to the communities where they live to truthfully declare their personal information, and sign the authenticity of the declaration informationand agree to receive a written commitment to verifytheincome, property and housing status.After the community’s preliminary review, streetoffice’sreview, and district-level examination and approval, the District Housing Construction (domestic management) Department will issue a notice to the waiting families to complete the house allocation and their check-in after October 10.(Reporter: Qi Xiaoyu;correspondent: Zhou Chun)
