On June 13th, the Yichang Traffic, Tourism and Culture Company and the Badong Prefecture Tourism Bureau signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the regional tourism annual card cooperation project. Eight scenic areas, including Shennong Stream in Badong County, would become new members of the Yichang Three Gorges Tourism Annual Card.

　　According to this agreement, Yichang would take scenic areas, national industrial and agricultural tourism demonstration sites of the 3A Grade or above in Badong County in the operation scope of Yichang Three Georges Tourism Annual card. From June 16, eight scenic areas, including Badong County Shennong Stream 5A Scenic Area (Shennong Stream Boat Trackers’ Cultural Tourism Area and Shennong Stream Boat Trackers’ Cultural Corridor Area), Lianzi Stream (4A), Baren River (4A), Wuyuan Cave (3A), National Cultural Park (Badong County Museum), Hometown of General Deng Yulin (3A) and Hubei Three Georges Wine Industry Tourism Demonstration Area, would become new members of the Yichang Three Gorges Tourism Annual Card. So far, the number of scenic areas covered by the Tourism Annual Card has increased to 33.

　　On this year’s “Dragon Boat Festival”, citizens in Yichang can visit the above eight scenic areas with their Three Gorges Tourism Annual Card. The card holders can visit scenic spots, including Shennong Stream Cultural Tourism Area and Baren River, for infinite times without buying the tickets. (The card can be normally used on festivals and holidays excluding the three-day Labor Day holiday and the seven-day National Day holiday.)
