On July 1, the reporter learns from the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that the “One-Stop” exclusive service window and guide for the college graduates as well as the WeChat attention (Yichang Talent Service Official Account) is launched simultaneously in our city. So far, the exclusive service platform for college graduates is fully started in our city.

　　The exclusive service window is located in Yichang Talent Service Bureau and Personnel Agency Office of Public Talent Service Organizations in various districts of the city. The two service commissioners provide front desk acceptance and back desk processing for college graduates respectively. Altogether eight services are provided for college graduates, including real-name registration, employment internship, employment and entrepreneurship, file management, subsidy declaration, housing security, household registration, and transfer processing. Thirteen items will be accepted on the spot, for example, real-name registration of college graduates, report for duty of college graduates, settling-down procedure for college and specialized secondary school graduates and returned overseas students, transferring in and out of college graduates’files, application of public rental housing for college graduates in 2018, one-time entrepreneurship subsidy declaration for college students in Yichang urban areas, and application of venture guarantee loan for college graduates and so on,which involves many departments such as human resources and social security, education, public security, housing and urban-rural development, and science and technology.
