On July 1, the reporter learned from Yichang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that the “one-stop” service platform for college and university graduates of Yichang City and the WeChat public account (Yichang Talent Service) were launched at the same time, which suggested that the service platform for college and university graduates has been comprehensively promoted in the whole city.

　　Such services are available in the halls of the Municipal Talent Service Bureau and the Personnel Agency Office of the Public Talent Service Organizations in various districts of the city, where two service providers provide reception and disposal services for college and university graduates, including eight comprehensive services such as real-name registration, internship, employment and entrepreneurship, archives management, subsidy declaration, housing security, permanent residence registration and reception and transfer of archives. About 13 items are dealt with on site, including real-name registration of college and university graduates, registration of common college and university graduates, settling of technical secondary school students and university and college graduates as well as overseas students and returnees, reception of college graduates’ archives, transfer of college graduates’ archives, application for public rental housing of college and university graduates of 2018, entrepreneurship subsidy application for college and university students in urban areas and the application for loan of college and university graduates who want to start a business, involving many departments such as human society, education, public security, housing construction and science and technology.（Reporter Zhang Yuxin and Correspondent Qiqoshuo）
