On June 19, news from Qonglong Gorge scenic spot in Dianjundistrict came that numerous visitors from Hunan province, Wuhan City, Huangshi City and other neighbor cities around Yichang have come to have fun since its opening this year. The daily reception volume grows steadily, with 2000 visitors registered during the peak season.

　　In recent years, the municipal material corporation, aiming to strengthen the construction of tourism sector, has increased the tourists capacity and improved the scenic spot’s quality by strengthening the construction of riverways in the tourists resort, upgrading the facilities concerning the safety, catering, accommodationand conferences for the tourists, extending the construction of the starting points for rafting, building new tourists toilets, viewing platforms and leisure facilities. In such a way the Qinglong Gorge Scenic Spot, which remains the taste of primeval forest environment, has been more charming than in the past. Especially for this year, when the spot themed “colorful childhood with interesting rafting”, built new rafting riverways and added cartoon elements like peppa pig and angry bird in it and conducted a series of parent-child games like “eating lobster and rafting at Qinglong Gorge” and “eating crab in cool and fresh place”, featuring enjoyment, comfort and safety, the number of the tourists have recorded new high with the parent-child games booming.
