On July 4th, the Municipal Traffic and Transportation Bureau announces the formal launch of the three-year construction plan of“Beautiful Yichang Roads”in the rural areas so as to accelerate the “Four Good Agricultural Road” construction, comprehensively improve the rural traffic and transportation service level, and boost rural economy revitalization and poverty relief.
Every county and city in Yichang is ensured toown 2 to 3 roads no less than 30kmin total length and this standard will be carried out in the three-year construction plan of“Beautiful Yichang Road”in rural areas.By the end of 2020, the city will build at least 500 kilometers of “beautiful Yichang roads”. The construction scope covers highway quality improvement, greening and optimization, landscape corridors, recreational services, logos and identifications, and environmental renovation. This year, 130 kilometers of construction tasks involved in nine projects from Xingshan Miaoping to Xujiawan, from Yuan’an Dongjia to Shiqiaoping will be finished. Meanwhile, 141 kilometers often projects from Wufeng Xiaokou toChangwan, Xingshan Pingyikou to Pu’an will be improved collectively to realize the construction goal of “Beautiful Yichang Roads.” (Reporter JieXingwei, corresponden tXuLai)
