“This is the most enjoyable, convenient and fastest experience I have ever had in history.”Recently, the investor Mr.Jay Hossain from Bangladesh, speaking fluent Chinese, praises the professional and prompt services of the industrial and commercial window of Yichang Free Trade Zone.
On that day, Mr.Jay Hossain came to the industrial and commercial window of the comprehensive service hall in Yichang Free Trade Zone to consult foreign enterprise registration. The staff at the window introduced the process in detail and guided him to prepare the required documents on the spot. Then the staff started the one-stop service mode of “one window” for him, including industrial and commercial registration as well as business record, and issued a business license for him in the afternoon.
In July 2017, after the State Council proposed to implement the “one window, one application form” requirement for the industrial and commercial registration as well as business record of foreign enterprises not in the negative list,Yichang Free Trade Zone immediately carried out the one-stop service mode of “one window” for industrial and commercial registration as well as business record, and tried to guide enterprises to complete business record, which enables the enterprises to get all things done while coming to submit industrial and commercial registration materials.
On the basis of cutting red tape in administrative examination and approval process, the Branch Bureau of Industry and Commerce implements an integrated approach to the industrial and commercial registration as well as business record of foreign enterprisesnot in the negative list. Foreign enterprises only need to “run once”, andsubmit “one set of materials” in “one window”,so they can “obtain a license at the same time”.Since the launch of this initiative, the time on administrative examination and approval for foreign enterprises in Yichang Sectionisfurthershortened and the cost of enterprise sisreduced. This initiativeis highly recognized and praised by local governments and business people.(Correspondent: Xiang Qingsong)
