Today, mobile phones can also manage health.The online launching of “Yijiantong”App was jointly held by Yichang Municipal People’s Government, Yichang Health and Family Planning Commission, Yichang Smart Office, and Tencent on Jul.17, making Yichang the first in the country to promote city-level Internet + medical health solution.
At present, the first phase of the program has been launched, which will cover approximately 800,000 card users of the city’s citizen cards. Through the App, citizens can enjoy personalized health services achieving health management by a mobile phone.

In the past, many citizens were troubled by the difficulty of getting medical treatment in different hospitals,not knowing their own condition, and not knowing how to register. Nowadays, these troubles will be solved by the App and citizens can get targeted medical treatment in different hospitals without cards but one account.
The “Yijiantong” App can help residents identify diseases faster and more accurately by using AI Engine of Tencent Ruizhi Medical, and recommend the best medical treatment way. Besides, it can provide one-stop medical services any time or anywhere, such as intelligent consultation, appointment registration, online payment, and checking the lab test results and so on. At the same time, the former medical records can be easily acquired, such as lab test, emergency and outpatient records, hospitalization records and medical examination reports, so that doctors can offer better treatment according to these records and patients will feel less worried.
The reporter searches for “Yijiantong” App, and then easily completes the information registration by uploading the ID card information and face recognition. On the personal homepage, there are three functions: health archive, health self-management and medical service, among which, you can check past inspection records and hospitalization records in the health archive.
At present, the hospitals that have opened the “Yijiantong” App registration service include: Yichang Central People’s Hospital,Yichang First People’s Hospital,Yichang Second People’s Hospital and Renhe Hospital of Three Gorges University.The citizens can choose the hospital registration and pay for the outpatient service according to their needs. At the same time, they can check the queuing of the Yichang First People’s Hospital and the inspection report of the Yichang First People’s Hospital or Yichang Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
Data Share of Health Information
At the press conference, Tencent also established the “Healthy Big Data Application and Security Joint Laboratory” with our city, and unified the information of all medical and health institutions and pharmacies in Yichang to get through the barriers of public security, civil administration, food and medicine, environmental protection, and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to achieve datashare.
On the one hand, these data will promote basic research on health big data and artificial intelligence, such as building disease prediction models; on the other hand, it will promote the construction of confidentiality agreement, technical standard and security system for the application of health big data, so as to promote technology to better serve the development of health care.
“In the future, residents can also connect smart wearable devices, water quality and air quality inquiries, and gym reservations through the App. There are also multiple disease prediction models based on AI engine and big data to achieve personal health risk assessment and analyze potential diseases.
