Yichang Housing Provident Fund (HPF) Management Center released important news yesterday. HPF Comprehensive Service Platform was officially put into operation after passing the preliminary trail run. Citizens in this city can handle their “on-hand” housing fund management business at home from July 18th on.

　　There are three channels for Individual users of provident fund to handle the online business, namely, personal website, WeChat public number and mobile client applications. The business can include 4 types of loan business such as early repayment, 7 types of withdrawal services such as retirement pension withdrawal, and 10 types of information check such as personal account deposit, withdrawal, and loan details. Individual users should first open the online provident fund business through the citizen e-home applications or the central business department, and then bind it to the WeChat account, or register either in personal website or mobile client applications. In such a way they can log in the service channel to enjoy the services that have been opened and those would be opened later in the center.

　　Organization users of the provident fund must first carry out organization authentication, opening the organization network sector, and then conduct business through it. The office sector can handle 26 kinds of office provident fund businesses such as the change of organization ratio and personal base change, and realize 19 kinds of information inquiry and printing such as historical remittance details.

　　Now, the provident fund comprehensive service platform, which features the most types of fund extraction, loan reserved at any time, loan progress inquired in real time, and the one-click contracted provident fund deducted, will officially serve the majority of depositors in Yichang.
