On July 23, the Municipal Tourism Commission held a citywide symposium on half-year tourism. It was reported that in the first half of the year, the city received 43,866,600 tourists and the tourism revenue reached 45.329 billion yuan, realizing the “more than half” of the time and task.

　　The symposium pointed out that, in the second half of the year, the construction of high-quality tourism brand would continue to be promoted, the major tourist reserve projects would be planned, the all-for-one tourism would be taken as the starting point, and the development of rural tourism would be promoted in a comprehensive way. It was required to perfect the supporting tourist infrastructure construction such as the visitor center, tourism toilet and signs, etc., focus on promoting the revolution of tourism toilet, and complete the task of rebuilding 129 tourism toilets in the year; it was required to strengthen market supervision, do a good job in order regulation, implement the tourism safety responsibilities, and ensure that the flood season can be safely passed through during the large and small holidays.
