Since July 27, Yichang High-tech Zone (Free Trade Area) formally provided the service of “free delivery of government affairs express”, thus the masses and market players would not have to run back and forth for obtaining the certificates.

　　On the basis of learning the experience of Zhejiang Province, the service is a micro innovation which is explored and implemented by Yichang Free Trade Area, mainly aiming at the situation that the certificates cannot be obtained on the spot.
