On July 28th, the signing ceremony of the Oxygen • Aviation Summer Resort Townand Hubei Alpine Forest Adventure Tourism Project was conducted in Zhangcunping in Yiling district. On the same day, another contract concerning the Three Gorges Venus Resort Hotel Project was also signed here.The signing of these projects will open a new chapter in the diversified expansion of the tourism market in the Zhangcunping Town.
The Oxygen • Aviation Summer Resort Town and Hubei Alpine Forest Adventure Tourism Project, with an investment of one billion yuan,will be built by Dacheng Junshang Industrial Development (Wuhan) Co., Ltd.The main project, with a construction period of 3 years,includes Helicopter Tourism Routes and Supporting Facilities,Aviation Summer Resort Town, Liangshan Forest Adventure Tourism Scenic Spot, etc. After its fully operation, the project is expected to achieve a sales income of 2 billion yuan and provide 3,000 jobs.
The Three Gorges Venus Resort Hotel will be invested constructed by Hubei Yu’E Tourism Development Co., Ltd. The project is located in Yinjiaping Village of Zhangcunping Town, with a planned investment of 150 million yuan. Covering an area of about 3.3 hectares,it will be built as a 5A-class tourist resort that integrates leisure, business, specialties, and rehabilitation. After its completion, it will provide 200 jobs.
Zhangcunping Town is located near the source of Huangbai River.In recent years, the town has firmly grasped the strategic opportunity of “Rural Revitalization”. Relying on the construction of the Xisaiguo National Forest Park and the Yuanyitang National Wetland Park, it has worked out a comprehensive tourism plan and closely followedthe goal of building the first town of summer mountain resort in Hubei Province. To build the image of “Forest Water Source”, it aims to strengthen ecological protection, explore the integration of three industries, deepen the rural tourism resources, transform the town from being a sight seeing spot to being a health resort and a place providing farming experience for tourists, and strive to promote economic and social transformation and upgrading.
