It is going to complete the pre-purchased commodity housing advance notice registration, commercial housing transfer registration (including the notice)within 3 working days, and to complete the second-hand housing transfer registration and the second-hand housing mortgage registration within 5 working days, as a result the work efficiency will be increased by 20%-50% on the original basis.
In order to further facilitate the masses, the joint transaction department of the real estate registration department of the city reset the working process and adjust the working windows, thus all the registration process, transactions, and charging windows can beset up in one service hall, truly realizing the permit of the masses conducting businesses“only entering one door”; and the department coordinated the municipal finance department and opened a third-party payment platform for non-tax accounts. At the end of July, the land transfer fee and the registration fee can be paid through WeChat and Alipay applications, thus the masses don’t need to run around for payments.
