The reporter learned on Aug.2nd that Yichang Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (YCAFEA) will try to implement the “non face-to-face” approval, which means the employer can apply the“work permits for foreigner working in China”without going to the relevant departments.

　　During the trial period, while applying for the Notice of Work Permits for Foreigner Working in China, License of Work Permits for Foreigner Working in China, postponement, modification, cancellation, and reapply, etc., the employer can submit application materials and verification material sthrough the government express service.After receiving the materials,staffs of YCAFEA will complete the application within 10 work days.If the application is passed, the certification and original documents will be sent back together, if not, the original documents will be returned. During the whole process, both parties do not need to meet. And the applicant can check the whole progress through the “work management service system for foreigners working in China”.

　　It is reported that the measure will be put into trial use in Yichang Free Trade Zone for one month starting from August 15.The YCAFEA will assess and evaluate the trial situation.
