On August 8th, the Quality Supervision Window of the Municipal Administration Service Center sent 8 elevators’ registration certificates to Qiuyutai Branch of Yichang Runcheng Property Management Co., Ltd. by Hubei Government Affairs Delivery. Since the Quality Supervision Window started postal express service from August 2nd,this was service provided for the 45th organizations to carry out the service for registration of special equipment usage.
In order to further optimize service environment, simplify service process, the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, byrelying on “Internet + Government Services”,has launched the registration for special equipment usage in the end of July and early August, which includes the service system of “four-clear notification, four non-commitments, one network transaction”and postal and courier services.
Based on this service, the organizations who need registration certificates for special equipment usage can directly look up the data list and the handing procedure through the Internet Service Hall of the Hubei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and then fill in the application online and upload them.Window staff will complete the online examination and approval process within 10 working days,and then print out the registration certificate and mail it to the declaration unit for free through the government affairs special delivery.
