Wu Xiangkui, the person in charge of Power Supply Office introduced, the “Internet Plus” Intelligent Experiential Power Supply Business Hall is an upgrade of the original Gezhouba Power Supply Business Hall, aiming to make full use of the carriers such as cloud computing, big data, internet of Things, mobile internet, artificial intelligence, etc. to provide smarter and faster power supply services.

The original toll area and the business area have merged into a full-service integrated counter. The citizens can complete all the business in one window at a time, without having to take the number and wait repeatedly, at the same time,the glass window was removed from the counter, supplying more convenient service and closer communication between the staff and the citizens.The staff often spares their seat to the citizen until the service was over.
The customer waiting area also has an interactive platform, which is equipped with devices such as Pad. The public can use the computer, Pad and other devices to realize online inquiry and payment, and visit the State Grid Mall to avoid waiting in line.
The “Internet Plus” Experience Hall displays the map of the city's shore charging piles and the location map of the car charging station, which can be updated in real time. The electric car owners can learn about the nearest charging piles here.
