On August 10, the municipal government held the "100-day action" mobilization conference to rectify and standardize the real estate market. From August to October of this year, Yichang will carry out a special campaign to regulate the real estate market in order to solve 31 problems in four categories,including "speculative real estate speculation", "illegal behaviors of real estate 'black agents'", "illegal behaviors of real estate development enterprises" and "false real estate advertisements". 　　It is stressed at the meeting that the special rectification activity is an action to comprehensively implement the national and provincial party committees and governments' decisions on regulating the real estate market, which bears on the interests of the people and social harmony and stability. All localities and departments should focus on the key points of remediation, carry out comprehensive special actions to deal with the chaos, strictly investigate and handle illegal behaviors, improve the long-term mechanism and address both symptoms and root causes.
