  According to reports, since the listing of Yichang Tax Bureau, the new institutions have further implemented the reform requirements of “Fangguanfu (streamlining administration and delegating power,strengthening regulation, and optimizing services)”, continuously integratedpowerto launch more quality service initiatives, and simplifiedtax procedures to improve tax efficiency and increase tax convenience.

  At present, in order to solve taxpayers’tax difficulties of real estate trade, the services are constantly optimizedand a lots of “speed-up gift”are sent to taxpayers, thuswinning the praise of them. In view of the booming supply and demand in the real estate market, the tax related business has surged. Forrelievingtaxpressure and improving tax efficiency,Yichang Tax Bureau has re-optimized the tax process. Through carding policies, optimizing services and reducing processes, the bureau seamlessly docks and reorganizes the relevant business, so that taxpayers can spend less time, go to fewer places and preparefewermaterials.

  It is understood that all-level tax departments in Yichang City, with some departments such as the land department and housing and urban-rural development department, innovatively promotes the service mode of “one-window acceptance, internal circulation, classified audit, parallel handling and centralized service”. Taxpayers only need to provide a set of materials to the real estate registration department, and the windows of relevant departments carry out the materials delivery, realizing the “one-stop” handling of real estate registration, housing property rights trade, tax and fee payment, thus reducing taxpayers’ duplicate supply of materials and round-trip runs for handling matters.
