　　According to reports, since the listing of Yichang Tax Bureau, the new institutions have further implemented the reform requirements of “Fangguanfu (streamlining administration and delegating power,strengthening regulation, and optimizing services)”, continuously integratedpowerto launch more quality service initiatives, and simplifiedtax procedures to improve tax efficiency and increase tax convenience.

　　At present, in order to solve taxpayers’tax difficulties of real estate trade, the services are constantly optimizedand a lots of “speed-up gift”are sent to taxpayers, thuswinning the praise of them. In view of the booming supply and demand in the real estate market, the tax related business has surged. Forrelievingtaxpressure and improving tax efficiency,Yichang Tax Bureau has re-optimized the tax process.
