On August 28^th, the reporter learned from Division of Collection Inspection of Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that the medical insurance premium for urban and rural residents in Yichang City in 2019 will be levied from Sept. 1^st.

　　According to the reports, the payment period of 2019 medical insurance for urban and rural residents is from September 1^stto December 31^st, 2018, and the treatment period of medical insurance is from January 1^stto December 31^st, 2019. Annual payment system is available to urban and rural residents who participate in medical insurance, and the unified standard for individual contributions is 220 yuan per person per year.

　　All residents can pay the insurance premium with the village (community), the Three Gorges Agricultural Bank, Hubei Online Taxation Bureau APP, etc. As to the students, the schools are responsible for the insurance registration and payment procedures.
