From September 1 on, the Ministry of Public Security's 20 new regulations of the “reforms to streamline administration and delegate powers, improve regulation, and optimize services” are in full operation in Yichang. On September 3, Li Tao, director of Department of Motor Vehicles of Traffic police detachment of Municipal Public Security Bureau, introduced the implementation of 20 reform initiatives providing a large number of new ways for the citizens that they can handle the vehicle driving management business easily fast online or nearby. It has ensured the reform of examination and approval services such as “effectiveness, online, nearby principle and one-time processing”put into effect.

　　The city has decentralized two new car sales service stations to conduct new business registration. The public, who purchase new cars at Xiling Service Station, Wujiagang Service Station of Yichang Hengxin Groupor at its 23 car sales branches,can choose the license plate number on the spot,achieving"handling business nearby."

　　Hengxin Auto Sales Service Station supplies temporary number plate application, mortgage registration and other services.The city Department of Motor Vehicles has set up Dongshan Bran chat Yiyang Automobile Sales Marketand Linjiang Branch at Xinwu Automobile City. In addition, you can apply for temporary number plate in 68 automobile sales 4S stores in Yichang and purchase licensed motorcycles from 31 outlets in each county.

　　The citizens handling the new car registration and second-hand car transfer registration and other vehicle driving management business at above social service outlets can enjoy “one-stop”service from car purchase, plate number selection and taxes payment.
