On September 6th, China(Hubei) Pilot Free Trade Zone Yichang Area (here in after referred to as the Yichang Area) organized a training and promotion meeting on the whole electronic process of enterprise registration. According to the target of "handling within one working day", the Yichang Area planned to make great efforts to achieve no paper, no meeting and no fee for enterprise registration, so as to realize the goal of "letting data replace applicants in running errands".

　　The relevant persons in charge of the Administrative Service Bureau of the Yichang Area and the windows of the Administration for Industry and Commerce of the Yichang Area explained in detail the background, significance, operation methods, matters to be noticed of the whole electronic process and answered questions. In the future, the Yichang Area will rely on the whole electronic process to enhance the sense of gain of market entities and the public, further consolidate foundation, innovate services, and make every effort to promote the "Head Goose Leading Action", so as to create a national first-class service agency of the Free Trade Area(FTA).

　　It is reported that the Hubei Administration for Industry and Commerce commissioned Yichang Administration for Industry and Commerce to develop the electronic registration system for provincial enterprises. Since last December, the Yichang Area has undertaken the task for trial runs of the registration of sole-proprietorship and partnership enterprises. Up to now, nearly 1000 enterprises in the Yichang Area have chosen to register electronically.
